Who we are
Luc DeBrouckere, Ph.D.-MBA founded IB Management ten years ago with the mission of establishing Strategic Alliances between US and European high tech companies.
Thirty years of management experience in the high tech sector on both sides of the Atlantic put him in a unique position to understand the succinct differences in doing transatlantic business, especially in the often unpredictable world of emerging technologies where grand ideas still have to be translated into tangible products and markets. Understanding and managing the different business cultures between the US and Europe has become an essential component in achieving long-lasting success.
Over the years a solid and growing network of professionals was established across many fields to bring the emerging technologies to the attention of decision makers such as CEOs, CTOs, and others responsible for the strategic technology and product roadmap of their company.
Entering the US market can be particularly intimidating for European companies, thus IB Management developed a flexible business model to help them realize their first US sales and to assist them in their further growth in North America.
These services, based on a low-cost entry and exit formula catered to the specific business situation, may include:
- pioneering marketing efforts by organizing face-to-face meetings with qualified decision makers;
